Chef De Partie
We are currently recruiting for two motivated Chef de Partie with experience in Chinese cuisine to join our team. We are looking for someone who wants to develop their career and progress their own learning. We believe in supporting home grown talent and provide an opportunity build on their skills. As Chef de Partie you would be responsible for producing a variety of food dishes to the highest standards of preparation, production and presentation.

Candidates will have the following skills and experience:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Commis Chef plus a good track record within the Catering environment
- Experience in Chinese cuisine is a must
- Experience of menu design and implementation and food costing
- Good working knowledge & experience of HACCP
- Understanding of financials in particular cost and Gross Profit Interest and ability to train others
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: €30,000.00 to €32,000.00 /year

Delivery Drivers
We are looking for delivery drivers with their own vehicles who can deliver from our restaurant in Dun Laoghaire with immediate start. We are looking for responsible, polite, professional and well-mannered individuals who are available to work evenings & weekends.
